This level of care requires that our caregiver be certified, report to and be supervised by our Registered Nurse (RN) on staff, and follow our RN developed care plan.

The highest skill service level is associated with providing a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for treatment or rehabilitation services for patients at home.
